Description: 1993-P Proof American Gold and Silver Eagle 5-Coin Set (Box + CoA). Gold is nearing a record all-time high of $2,645 per ounce as of 10/08/2024. 1993, the United States Mint released one of the most distinctive Collector’s Sets in its history. To honor the 200th anniversary of the very first American coins it struck back in 1793, the US Mint issued a 5-coin set that included a 1 oz Silver Eagle, three fractional-ounce Gold Eagles, and a special Bicentennial Medal. 1993-P Proof American Gold and Silver Eagle 5-Coin Set (Box + CoA) Highlights:· Limited issue of 12,689 sets!· Honors the 200th anniversary of the first American coins issued in 1793!· Each piece is encapsulated and packaged in a five-coin box with a Certificate of Authenticity!· Proof specimens!· Contains .85 Troy oz of actual gold content and 1.7734 Troy oz of silver content.·Bears individual face values in US Dollars (USD).·Bicentennial Medal has no face value.·Eagles feature Liberty and bald eagle designs.·Medal depicts historic American coins and a collage of the Founding Fathers· P mint marks from the Philadelphia Mint.Each 1993-P Proof American Gold and Silver Eagle 5-Coin Set comes with five individual specimens, with each coin or medal housed in a plastic capsule. The five pieces are set together in a US Mint presentation box with a Certificate of Authenticity included. Within the set, you’ll find a 1/2 oz, 1/4 oz, and 1/10 oz American Gold Eagle, as well as a 1 oz American Silver Eagle, all dated 1993. Additionally, there is a Bicentennial Medal.The American Gold Eagles in the set feature 22-karat gold, while the American Silver Eagle has .999 pure silver content. The Bicentennial Medal features .7735 Troy oz of 90% silver in its metallic alloy.On the 1993 American Gold Eagles, you will find Lady Liberty on the obverse with a family of bald eagles on the reverse. The 1993 Silver Eagle boasts Walking Liberty on the obverse and the heraldic eagle on the reverse. If you bid ONLINE,  on our Mobile APP, by ABSENTEE BID, or by PHONE, you will receive an invoice by email with a list of the item(s) you won and the total cost, including the buyer’s premium fee, sales tax, and processing fees within 24-hours after the sale. You will have the option to pay online through LiveAuctioneers (online bids only), over the phone, or in-person. We accept a number of different payment methods.

If you are located in South Florida and have won one or more items, you may pay for and pick up your item(s) that day after the auction is over by scheduling an appointment via email: craven@houseofcraven.com. 

The Buyer at Buyer’s expense must remove all Property from House of Craven not later than seven (7) calendar days following the sale. Purchases not removed by the eighth (8th) calendar day following the sale will be subject to an eight dollar ($8.00) handling charge per item, per day, payable by the Buyer until the items are removed. If the Buyer pays but does not arrange for shipping and/or pick-up of the item(s) within sixty (60) calendar days, the sale will be canceled, and Bidder or Buyer is deemed a “non-performing Bidder”, and the item(s) will become the Property of House of Craven. (See Bidder Registration Form, Section III. NON-PAYMENT).

If you are unable to pick up your item(s) yourself, you will need to schedule a shipper of your choice to pick up and ship your item(s) to you and sign a release form.  Please see the Preferred Shipping PDF. House of Craven does NOT offer or manage shipping. However, we do keep an updated list of shipping partners who come highly recommended based on our own experiences and positive feedback from our clients.
