Rufino Tamayo Framed with COA FPG: 32150. Frank Garo is an internationally known Forensic Handwriting Examiner. The COA is FPG: 32150. The work is 11 1/2" x 8 3/4" in. Framed 15" x 12". Rufino del Carmen Arellanes Tamayo was a influential Mexican painter of Zapotec heritage, born in Oaxaca de JuÃrez, Mexico. Tamayo was active in the mid-20th century in Mexico and New York, painting figurative abstraction with surrealist influences.
