In the same era as Keith Haring and Basquiat, Rascal’s art emerged from the streets of New York as he “tagged” his way into the future. A bad boy, Rascal was caught creating graffiti too many times, when a New York Judge finally told him enough was enough and encouraged him to paint in earnest. Rascal responded with urban art, full of color and stories of his life. This is a Framed Original Mixed Media Painting by Urban Pop Artist Rascal (US/PR). Rascal is of Puerto Rican origin, and has participated in many New York gallery shows, Miami Art Week, and designed the Swatch Watch "Moonchild" in 1997.
